I don't think it's rigged.......if it was then wouldn't someone have blabbed or found out somehow? With all of those reporters on their backs, someone should have figured it out, right? But I don't know how the whole industry works, so that's just my thought. But if it is rigged, your suggestions make sense! LaToya doesn't NEED to win to be successful! She can be famous without the show. And she most likely will be. I think what happened with Jasmine is that almost all of Hawaii voted for her for the full two hours. I know that in the first season, Nikki McGibbon (isn't that her name?) would call and vote for herself over and over so that she could come back the next week and "redeem herself."
