I used to take Fibercon. Then Citrucel. Then Heather's Acacia.

The problem with Fibercon (and Citrucel) CAPLETS is that there's not enough fiber in them. The powder has twice as much, so it's far more economical (and easier) than constantly gulping down a lot of caplets.

Start at a low dosage and SLOWLY work your way up. You want to eventually reach about 12-15 grams of fiber a day. I believe the Fibercon caplets have a half gram in them. So you're gonna eventually need to take about 30 of them a day.
