Our sweet day was Sunday. Mom always made brownies or cupcakes or cookies and we were allowed to eat at will without asking. The rest of the week all food was off limits unless you asked first. We ate three meals and one snack before bed and that was it. I also only weighed 115 pounds when I graduated from high school and weigh 215 now 20 years later. Hmmm. Perhaps I'm missing the point .
