I'm at work...but only because I have this stupid audit today I have had ZERO sleep.... I've been in so much pain.... my tummy is totally distended and hard as a rock.... it hurts just to touch it. Every time I change positions......(sitting, standing, laying down, etc...) I feel "stuff" moving around.... that mouse is going crazy in there!
I'm not sure what is causing it..... maybe the vegt beans , maybe too much fresh fruit (not pureed) so that is my own fault or maybe the few cashews & macadamia nuts I had?....maybe it is a combo of all? I chewed everything very well and ate real slow.
I've taken my fiber, gas-x, Equalactin, & Hyoscyamine for the fluttering in my tummy..... and LOTS of water. I don't have any tea with me today
