that's me, too, with my job. actually i didn't do a lick of work today- instead i sat there and redid my resume and applied to a bunch of jobs at different companies!

i'm really going to look into yoga... hopefully i'l have some cash someday soon to take some classes!

how exciting that you were buying paint! isn't that fun. well, it's fun 'til about 15 minutes into the painting process, then for me it ceases to be fun. but i do enjoy picking the colors and the first few strokes of paint.

i'm doing better, actually. i'm surprised, but these meds are helping me sleep! that changes everything and makes life a totally different experience.

i go to the rhumatologist on Thursday...

as for the excercise program, it's near non-existent. we've been rained in for the last few days.

that knocks walking out of the plan. i have been going back and forth from work to the parking lot, so that's something.

i swear i'm doing some postures before bed... my back is hurting and i know that will help!

how many more hours of work do you have?
