Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | I'm back and I had a fabulous time...

Hi everyone,

Bali was soooooooooooo terrific. It really recharged our batteries. Whilst the same challenges were waiting for us when we came back we have much more energy to deal with them.

It's a wonderful place, there's so much to see and do and it's all so cheap. I found the food really easy to adapt to the IBS guidelines as there is steamed rice everywhere you go and it was easy to have steamed fish or grilled chicken breast. I even had some pasta with a plain tomato sauce at one place that was really nice.

The Sheraton on Lombok is heavenly and the pool was so terrific for our son. We went to a monkey forest and fed them, rode an elephant and snorkelled around the Gili islands with millions of beautiful fish and turtles. We met lots of great people and really relaxed.

If you ever get the opportunity to go you should grab it with both hands. It was very quiet as tourism has really slowed since the bombing which is very sad.

I have so many terrific photos and I've seen some of you post them with your text. How do you do that? I'd love to show you all some of our pics so maybe someone can help me figure out how to do it.
