I made it through taking my car in this morning (am now without a car til after work) and a "first thing in the morning" group meeting about our health insurance coverage.....I made it through without any attacks!!! And without taking any Imodium yesterday or today (took 3 imodiums Tuesday)....only had one trip to the restroom before I left the house and it was a normal one. Haven't had any attacks this morning here at work. I think I can see some subtle progress with my anxiety and I have only had three nights with the hypno CDs.
