I know EXACTLY what you mean! I used to feel that way every time. Last year (before hypno), I had an attack the day I was supposed to take it in, and I ended up having to reschedule. I think the anxiety helped bring it on. Guess what? Since hypno, I haven't felt that way anymore. I know that doesn't help you now, but at least you have something to look forward to.
How about this - is there anyone at work that knows about your IBS? Can you ask them if you need an emergency ride home if they can help you? Sometimes just knowing I have an out made me feel better - maybe it can help you. Good luck!
