Well, I was down to 140 this morning. That's a four pound loss since I officially started. Of course in the course of the past few weeks or so, I've gained and lose those same four pounds. BUT, I think that I'm on my slide down back to 135 definitely this time.
My fiance and I are doing power 90 tonight. We're committing ourselves to working out six days a week for the next 90 days. We're getting through it by making daily/weekly goals. If I stick with this, in three months I know that I will:
*Weigh less
*Have more lean muscle and less fat
*Have more energy
*Have more motivation to stick to my eating regime
*Look kick-ass gorgeous in my wedding gown on July 10
*Be able to wear my bathing suit with pride
*Be happier and feel better about myself
