I'm sorry you had a hard week:( I did good last week but this week.... well was not good. I used to contain D to certain parts of my life, but its present in every part now. I miss the old days when I had it under control. It can be frustrating bcos you do not know when D will come. The unknown can be scary. I've lost weight and its hard for me to eat. I must eat though. I'm trying to follow the "what you can eat when you can't eat anything." I've removed milk and grain cereals. I know how you feel about it "being your worst nightmare." Sometimes I just lock myself up in my room rather than go places. Doing that leaves me alone and unhappy. I wanted people to understand, but they don't have this so they can't. I'm not sure what you can do... can you see a doctor for help? Do you incorporate exercise and regular meals times and regular times to use the bathroom? All I can offer is my support here and my prayers. Imodium helps & then I have to take an anti-spasm med. I wish I could have a normal life. My prayers are with you, best wishes!
