Last night was pretty good....mood wise and everything....then this morning my tummy was acting up first thing...D...and nausea....after my husband left for work, I just sat at the breakfast table and cried....trying to compose myself before I had to leave for work 15 minutes later. I hate this feeling. Especially after I was doing so good for months. One of my co-workers who knows about my situation asked if I was feeling OK when I got to work because I was pale and I told her my stomach was upset and I started crying. I felt so bad for breaking down. Tried quickly to compose myself again before anyone else came in the room. My tummy has settled down a bit now after 2 Imodiums and some Camomile tea.....I just don't know what brought this on. I feel so angry sometimes....like I just want to crawl in a hole somewhere.
