This happens from time to time. I am on a search for things that will prevent it. I have a list and I'm calling for an appt. with my Doc first thing in the AM. I'm going to suggest some stuff from things I've found. Don't know if he'll go for it, but if he doesn't I'm going to find a new Doc. For one, I'm going to try B12 shots--- pernicious anemia runs in my family and though my B12 level are "ok" according to Doc, I'm going to try to get him to order me some shots (or let me give them to myself). It's archaic medicine for fatigue that seems to be coming back into medical "vogue." I am also going to get some meds to help me sleep more soundly... we'll see. In addition to the other 5 things I'm starting, I'm hoping I'll get some relief.
Nonetheless, another few days of sleep should hold me for a while. Usually takes me about a week of rest to catch back up. (Though those periods are getting more and more frequent )
I'm going to kick this with or without the help of the medical community!
