OK heres a question for everyone......       03/26/04 02:25 PM Edit Reply Quote StephS Reged: 09/11/03 Posts: 2123 How did everyone find this site? A friend? Referal?? How long after you found this site did it take you to join?? OK...so now that I asked the questions I be the first to go! I found this by searching on what to eat for IBS...I typed in so many things and was so happy when I found the words eating for IBS!!! Everything else I found sucked!!! So when I found this I was so happy. I went the same day and bought the IBS cookbook and then went to the library and check out the first years! I read posts for a few days and then joined in. I was shy at frist to post! It took me a few days to get use to the site and how to post...etc!! So that's how I started...this was Sept of 2003 I started the diet right away! It was hard at first...but after figuring out it worked I was a good little girl!!! I'm so happy to have found this site!! I just thought this would be an iteresting thing to ask everyone!!!
