I didn't lift real heavy stuff (so get any notion of me powerlifting out of your head!) but I used to do a full circuit on the weights and machines at the gym. You're totally right: it's is addictive! I loved it. I can't go anymore because of the CFS-- I get too competitive (with myself) and work too hard, then the next thing ya know I'm in bed for two weeks (and not in a good way! ) *sob* -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
