Don't depend on your memory, because as soon as he walks through that examining room door in his white coat (damn I hate that!), your mind will shut off, and all those things you just KNEW you'd remember will disappear completely from your mind, only to return after you leave his office! (I REALLY hate that!) Trust me. Make a list.
