I've got a cold atm that seems to be triggering it off - my glands are uncomfortably swollen and I HURT! I've been taking Ibuprofen when it gets real bad, but obviously that's not good for the IBS. I've been staying as warm as pos, tho unfortunately I have to go to work so can't stay in bed with my hot pack! Any ideas VERY welcome. Getting fed up of this.
