I know there have been discussions about this - I pretty much do all the stuff mentioned - pushing towel lever down with my elbow, opening the door with the towel, etc. I just cannot seem to bring myself to go in a public restroom (even the one at work!). I've just heard too many disgusting things about toilet seats! I know this makes my attacks worse because I try to hold it until I get home How do those of you who have this same fear deal with this? This is so embarrassing!!
