I think we are all in this together. Many people "map out" strategy before they go places - pack a kit of toilet paper and medicine etc. I can tell you all the establishments with "facilities" on my 18-mile drive to work. Learn to take deep breaths. Things usually work out. Try praying sometimes that helps. Relaxation tapes? Hang in there. Keep on talking to us here and you will grow strong! I have two handicapped children so I know what worrying can be like too. Ice fishing sounds cold, by the way. Where I live, we rarely even get into the 30s.
