Wow, Masayo, you sound JUST LIKE ME -- before I did the hypnotherapy program! Actually, that's WHY I did it. I had terrible anxiety, which had gotten so bad I wouldn't leave the condo. My hubby couldn't even get me to go for a walk with him. One time I ventured out, got half way down the block, and BAM! Diarrhea! OMG! I barely made it back in time -- I had to run all the way back to the condo. After that, I NEVER left -- I became a hermit.
Finally, I contacted Heather (it was before I came on the boards here). She turned me onto the hypno program. What a lifesafer! I just finished it last night -- 100 days -- and what a difference!
