Jules, can you describe the pilates a little more? I'm really interested, but I can't do aerobics. I had all the cartilege surgically removed from my right knee after crushing it from running -- I can barely walk now without a lot of pain, so rowing is the only exercise I've found that works for me. How much impact is there with pilates? Do you test your heart rate as you work out? How long is the workout? I haven't seen anyone do this at the gym -- but all I ever do there is the rowing machine.
