Windchimes you are too kind. Now, they are saying this is going to continue until 6-8 tonight, when they initially said was going to end by 3 today.
I was able to make it to the elderly woman's house. She was ok, but I spoke to her son on the phone and he asked if I could keep a check on her, and I told him I would.
The wind is just so strong and bitter cold. White-out conditions, so you cannot drive and are forbidden to, anyway. I have about 4-5 ft drifts at the back door. I have a very tiny path shoveled at the front, but I cannot get out the back. Too much!
I still have power and a roof. I thank you so much for your prayers. I am a woman alone too, and I cannot get to my family and I am afraid for my mom and dad. Oh jeez, just pray.
