It is definitely not ALL in your head. Though some think that it is a brain-gut dysfunction. lol. Sorry, had to be punny. I like to TRY to make light of the situation, even though there is nothing LIGHT about IBS.
I'm glad you are starting to feel better. Keep up with the diet and try some exercise, if you don't already, and keep up what you are doing to feel better, and you should be stable in no time. Just don't slip up like I do all the time! I'm bad about not staying on track, and that is definitely not the way to go.
