Here at work my so called manager was gone all last week and me and the other gal in my department busted our butts getting our work as well as his done. His job is to run the jobs out for the presses once they are ok'd. We made sure the jobs in the OK box were all caught up before the end of last week and now that he is back the OK box is overflowing...and he is the dept. manager! I don't think it's my place to tell him he is falling behind or to offer to do his job when I have my own to do. The other gal I work with offers....but she is not here today. I know there are jobs in the box that we are going to miss the dead line on.
