Many women do not start on the exact same day. When I was on the pill I started on the 4th or 5th day of the placebo pills. I wouldn't be worried at all yet. Give it another few days. Also, keep in mind that even if your bf 'pulls out' that does not stop the sperm. There can be plenty of sperm even if he hasn't 'finished' yet, so please don't consider pulling out another form of birth control.
