Do not use Bifidus Balance +FOS with Inulin. It's killer!! I didn't know Heather had talked about not using the FOS prebiotic, but I know now!!!!!! I will never use this probiotic again, I am in the worst pain with bloating, spasms, yet I'm still hungry. How could that be?
The only probiotic I have found to not hurt me is Acidopholus, but I think I heard or read somewhere that it's not very beneficial to IBS C.
So would I be taking it and spending money for nothing?
