Thanks for checking in Janey, it means a lot to me -and... I'm fine! I'm equal parts tired and elated from battling this lately. Its a lot of work but I have moments of clarity where I feel so free from obsessing over this. And its amazing at those times to realize how I've been living in such a haze of anxiety.

This week, I finally let the worries go about getting something from my wife, by just saying if I get it I can handle it. All of the story telling I feel drawn towards - telling myself it was probably just the wine that made her sick, etc. don't help at all. The only thing that my psyche can't argue with so much is "when I get sick, I'll be able to handle it." its my new mantra I guess...
