I knew I was tired from the time change, since I couldn't fall asleep Sun. night and had trouble getting up in the a.m. But later on Monday I had an attack (the first in several weeks) and racked my brain trying to figure out what triggered it. I bet it was the time change! Fatigue/lack of sleep is one of my biggest triggers.

Duh! [slaps forehead]
