Insoluble fiber in brown rice and carrots

Most websites say that brown rice has plenty of insoluble fiber in it. But several websites say that brown rice only has soluble fiber in it, and no insoluble fiber.

I also found vastly different amounts listed for soluble and insoluble fiber in carrots. Some websites said that carrots had tons of insoluble fiber, whereas others said that carrots barely had any.

Why the disparity? Is there a reliable source for this type of information?

Thank you for any light you can shed on this.
