I thought it was amazing that a vet would think outside the box enough to diagnose IBS. I seem to remember the dog was on the peppermint caps but I guess you could sprinkle a SFS over there food. My parent's dog gets the occasional upset tummy (scrambled eggs normally sorts it out though). I think it's more likely to be caused by his dedication to eat any old manky thing he finds in the park.
