Good to see you back! You have a hard adjustment between IBS and Diabetes II... Mine isn't as bad, but it's hard adjusting the IBS diet w/ these crazy food allergies/intollerances and problems with grains etc. Good luck and God "will make a way" - even in the wilderness!
