Only $75 for the consultation, CASH, the receptionist said on the phone, because I don't have insurance and therefore my checks can't be trusted. OK, I do have to pay cash because of the lack of insurance thing, but I was only inferring by the tone of her voice that my character in general couldn't be trusted...
