Hey everyone,
I wanted to run a situation by all of you. Ever since I ordered the Acacia fiber I have been great. I just take 1/2 teaspoon in the evening before bed, and the next day I am good to go. Sometimes, I go several times, but it is formed and it is wonderful. I found relief immediately with this, so it has to be the fiber, since I didn't change anything else.
I haven't been watching too closely what I eat, although I do tend to steer away from a few things, only having them occasionally. Last night for dinner I had a small salad (I haven't had a salad for awhile) and a potato cake. I fell asleep before I could take my 1/2 teaspoon of fiber and this morning when I woke up I was sooooooo bloated. Then found myself in the bathroom with gas and a little loose stool, but I just went ahead and took Immodium because I had a soccer game. Now, it may not have ended up being much more than a little, but I didn't have the time to find out. If I had been at home all day, I would have given it time to run it's course. I was fine the rest of the day, so far,(I am usually only bothered in the AM), and I took an extra calcium to be sure.
My question is this. Could one night of missing the fiber have caused this? so quickly??? I don't think it was the salad, because as I said, I do eat pretty much what I want.
But, it had been a long while since I had a salad. I have had veggies here and there, but not a full salad.
Any ideas?
