Need baby registry advice from all you Moms!

I can't believe I'm at 25 weeks already...! Time is flying by! DH and I are going to do our baby registry tomorrow at Babies R Us, and I wondered if any of you have any last-minute advice. We've already settled on the big things like furniture, carseat/stroller, a Pack N Play with bassinet... And we are planning to use a cloth diaper service, so that will eliminate a few things. Anyone have any suggestions for things you wish you had registered for, things that were absolute life savers, things that were a waste of money, etc.??
Please let me know if you have any thoughts!
