I think I would start with one that's already mashed up like refried. Maybe take a teaspoon and spread it on sourdough or a flour tortilla..that way you will have a good SF base. If it goes well, continue doing it for several days and then bump up the amount to a tablespoon. If things are okay with refried then you may want to try another, but I would again start with a small amount because some of the skins on beans (like kidney) are kind of hard and may be rougher on your intestines. If you can tolerate them and your body gets used to them, you can start increasing the amount after a while....kind of like increasing the acacia dosage. If you eat too many at first, you'll have too much discomfort and gas. Good luck and I hope this works for you 'cuz they're so tasty and good for you. Let me know how it goes.
