Even my husband, who isn't normally prone to seasonal allergies, has got a stuffy head. If you're not sensitive to it, you could try a Sudafed-type decongestant. I'm sensitive to it, so I can't take it - but it makes me jumpy and makes my heart race, it doesn't affect my stomach. Good luck!
