It's basically pain caused by the ligaments holding your uterus stretching and pulling. Nothing to worry about. Mine went away after a week or so, and they usually hit me later in the evening. How are you feeling otherwise? The 2nd trimester has been very good to me so far! I'm lovin' it! Although I think my C has been getting worse the last few days....
