Michele, I have loved the Lexapro for my IBS the past year. It has made me much more calm and I have been able to eat things I normally couldn't. I had no trouble getting into the mood with hubby, but like you said I didn't quite finish the job! So since we are going to the Bahamas in a few weeks for our 10 year anniversary I thougt it was time to do something. So I talked with my doctor and he said switch to Wellbutrin because there is very little sexual side effects. It has helped so far but the withdrawl from the Lexapro is scary! I hope going back on it and weaning off it more slowly works better.
