Good luck to you. One trick that helps me is thinking of it in my mind as since it's on my "turf", I'm in control. If I had to go out to someone else's place for the barbecue, I'd be nervous. But on the 4th I threw it at my place so I'd have "home field advantage", so to speak. That gave me such a sense of calm and control I was able to breeze through it.
