After your first trimester, I would think a mug of fennel tea every now and then should not hurt. I used to drink it when I was prego, and I have 2 very healthy boys. Just do what makes you feel comfortable. Could you do a Google search? Maybe look up "pregnancy and fennel" or maybe just "pregnancy contraindications."
