My friend Chris recommended me to check it, as I am Spanish and IBS is totally ignored by doctors here. Actually my doctor didn't even tell me straight that I had IBS but told me "I had no illnesses, just a syndrome that was triggered by anxiety, stress and some food". Imagine!
