Thank you for your post. I have been keeping a eye on things with hfcs in them I CAN"T BELIVE HOW MANY THERE ARE ITS CRAZY! So I decided to do some reach on the web and I was shocked! I also checked my ceral it was in it. That could be why I wan't feeling good in the moring. The one thing that upset me was the sweet pot I love them there my favorite!This moring I ate ceral with no hfcs and felt ok I am going to try this for a while I am curious to see if this isn't some of my prolbem especialley with gas. I am also going to get rid of it in my daughters diet as well she doesn't need it either. I am looking into the vitimns are they safe to take while I am pregant? Thanks for the info about fruit to I decide to stay away from apples(never have like them anyway.) Could you please tell me someof the things you can eat and have found that doen't contain hfcs.
