I tried it once and it didn't work BUT it was probably because my friend tried it on me on my stomach for my IBS and I just kept laughing and couldn't take her seriously so that's probably why. Also tried reflexology. I gave that about 4 mths and that didn't work either. I did like the sessions though cause I laid on a nice warm table while she did it That was relaxing! Good luck with your class!!!
