It was my husband's birthday and we always celebrate with another couple because the other guy's birthday is around the same time. We had agreed weeks beforehand that we'd be going out for steak (I didn't know I'd be starting EFI, and didn't want everyone to change their plans on my account). I ate LOTS of bread. I practically filled up on it. I ordered the smallest cut of steak, and when my dinner came, I literally divided everything in half on my plate. I promised myself I wouldn't eat more than that. And it worked! I was fine. -------------------- IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
