I'm new to this forum! I'm going to try to abbreviate whats been going on and hope that I get some feedback.

5 years ago, I got a fissure. After a doctor visit and some nitro, I managed it and healed it with magnesium pills everyday (250-500mg). This past October, I took Amoxicillan for a sinus infection and came down with a nasty case of C. Diff. After a round of Flagyl, I relasped in 3 days. I then took Vancocin for 14 days. Since then, I have not relapsed from the C. Diff, but ended up with a gazillion other problems. I am now 8.5 weeks pregnant and trying desperately to heal the damage that is done. I saw a GI last week and I have a fissure again, internal h-roids and induced IBS from the C. Diff. I am now using a lidocane/hydro cream 2x a day, but when it comes to figuring out what I can eat, I am at a loss. I started taking my vitamins again a week ago and for the first 3-4 days, I went everyday - painful though. I tried to make my diet high in soluble fiber - tons of rice, noodles, white breads etc etc and water. However, this in turn made me very constipated for 3-4 days. I was afraid to eat insoluble fiber, as I didn't want to go more, I needed time to heal. However, this just made it harder and straining more. Not good. Does anyone have advice on what to do. I have read the other posts and the pages on the different types of foods, but I need a way to balance it all. Please help, I am desperate.
