As I'm sure you've read on here before...NEVER accept an IBS diagnosis without the proper tests first. You can not be diagnosed w/o them. A colonoscopy is a must if you want to be sure. There is nothing to it really. Just a day of sleeping But never just assume you have IBS...it could be something else.
