Glad I could help. I hated my GI. I wanted to cry every time I saw him and he just told me I was young, healthy, and there was nothing wrong. Um, no, there IS something wrong or I wouldn't be here. He ran all the usual tests, but didn't find anything. You have to see a colon surgeon. He will know exactly what to look for. DON'T go to a GI. I was referred to the surgeon by my regular Dr. Good luck.
