When I stopped it, I was worried as well but it was a piece of cake. I got my next period exactly 28 days later. I had more cramping than usual but nothing to crazy. It was a little heavier than usual but again, no huge deal. I ovulated right away without any problems. In between miscarriages, I was very regular. All the doctors insist that me taking the pill for as long as I did, did not cause my miscarriages or any of my healthy issues now. In fact, this last fall, I went back on the pill because I started getting migraines and they were worse with my period so I skip my periods now.
