Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Anyone have a migraine solution? I had to come home to go to bed. My migraines usually hit my right side of my head and eye. The last two have been on the left. My eye is tearing it is so rotten. And I know it all started last night, I crooked my neck funny and boom - instant headache. Now, full-blown migraine. I almost didn't go in to work - which has only happened 2 or 3 times in 5.5 years. I make it, even when I'm on death's doorstep. It's a good thing I did too, my asst. called at 8:05 that she would be late. He boyfriend has to watch her son today, but he had to take the dog to the vet first - dumbest excuses in the world - take the kid with you to the vet!!! It's only for doggie shots!

Anyways, if you have a migraine fix, let me know! I've take 2 doses of 2 x 650 mg Tylonel (over the last 6.5 hrs), and I've rubbed rosemary oil on my temples and inhaled it. I'm going to a dark room with my hypno and an ice pack.
Please hope this is gone quickly, I have to be at work tomorrow as my asst. has 2 appts. to leave for (AGAIN
