I think they can usually cause stomach cramping. I was told to take it after a meal - and a real meal, not just some toast or a little snack. So, I take it after breakfast and dinner. The pharmacist also told me to take it with lots of water, so I take it with about 16 oz of water. I didn't have an GI problems other than a little nausea the first week, but this went away with some ginger tea. When are you leaving for your trip? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
