Hi Debbie, glad to hear the anxiety is a bit more under control. I have taken tramadol on a few occasions and its pretty mild as far as pain meds go. Pretty much all pain meds can worsen c but I agree that this would be worth a try as it is the most mild. You can always take it with some stool softeners it you seem to be getting more C.

I avoid all the codeine stuff as it makes me nauseous and very sick to my tummy!

I have recently switched back from D to C. I think one of my meds I was taken was causing the explosive D. However, I now find myself taking two stool softners in the am and two in the pm. I have a ton of miralax left over from before but right now, the stool softeners seem to be working ok.

Another idea would be to ask about Cymbalta. C is listed as a side effect but it is an antidepressant that also helps with pain. I have yet to try it but I have heard many good things about it!
